They came to a room after ascending a flight of sandstone stairs that contained 10 cells with cots where some Thune were lounging. They seemed slightly wary of the adventurers, but continued for the most part to go about conversing among themselves, drinking, caring for equipment... the various chores one would expect a desert people to partake in. What they did notice was a lack of gambling, strange for any troop of men with a lack of immediate duty. There was one exit from the room in the north end of the room. It was cracked open. If Saskia was to rest, this is where H'rathi had suggested. For those who wanted to explore, the next room contained yet another statue of Amun-re amidst swirls of dark, smoky incense. An altar about five feet off the ground, was made from the hands of the statue on the left side of the temple room. A younger version of H'rathi was prostrate before it. Another door is seen in the north corner. Link to map: www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10207628682899905&set=gm.1687949851524322&type=3&theater

"Cots...they look so restful..." Arristuun said, eyeing the cots as hungrily as if they were huge slabs of freshly roasted mutton. He was willing to leave with the others if they kept exploring, though.
Am the Goat followed Arristuun as far as this room, but settled down next to a cot and started to nap there.

Alfbern decided to wait and see if this prostrate young H'rathi would be interested in talking when he finished his remonstrations.
The half-elf sat cross-legged against the wall and waited patiently to address this interesting fellow.

It seemed like everyone else other than Alfbern had fallen asleep, so Arristuun followed their lead and laid down on a cot. It felt SO COMFY! He was asleep in a minute.

Not everyone else was resting. Galatea, Osric and Thorsan were all eager to continue on with Alfbern for the moment. Lucky & Baal stood towards the back with Taliesin undecided. Saskia was content to rest and then study her magic once again.
The man eventually got up and introduced himself to Alfbern.
"Pardon me, but may I help you?" Upon closer examination the archer could tell the man was wearing fine chainmail beneath his robes and carried a saber at his side much like the other Thune they'd encountered.

Taliesen leans in the doorway between the two rooms, keeping an ear on what's going on in with the young H'rathi and wondering how fast Alf was going to fall asleep.

Alfbern smoothly rose to his feet and offered the man a gesture of greeting he had learned these Flatlanders liked, he gave a short half-bow before speaking, "Didn't want to bother you with my stomping through. Are you with H'rathi?"

In turn, Baal approached H'rathi before the priest resumed his activities, "I wish to offer the blessings of Ramman to the Thune. If you are in need of water, or have any wounded among you, know that I am at your disposal." The druid bowed curtly and looked for a spot to rest.
Baal decided it best to prepare his mind with fresh prayers, so he found a corner somewhere--with or without a cot--and settled in for a much needed rest.
