There was some heavily implied sarcasm there.

Sorry Scott, I have an overdue reference book.
Bob, I hate you so very, very much.
Tony, Ess-wood has undergone an incredible gentrification recently!

I'm Sean.. though I usually go by Nix in gaming or convention circumstances. The only edition I have yet to play of D&D is the woodgrain, though I did run a White Box session a couple months back. I am a member/psuedo-organizer of Madison Traditional Gaming where we have 6 to 8 games going on a weekly basis with 45 or more gamers attending every Tuesday. I also took over as head of gaming for a local convention, with a moderate amount of success given that I only had several weeks to get things set up. Attendees and the other committee members were overjoyed with what I did have running. If a new job works out, I will be able to play and gm quite a bit more. Currently, I am only playing 2 or 3 days a week.. On Tuesdays I am part of a "shared world" with 3 other gm's using Swords and Wizardry as the rules set (0E with the supplements retro-clone). On the next cycle I will be running Space 1889, I am reading through Pendragon for a future campaign. With my extra game days that hopefully open up I will start to run 5th ed D&D, perhaps another weekly game, and a monthly one-shot using something off of one of my gaming shelves. (have done Ghostbusters, Paranoia, Deadlands, a savage worlds setting, Star Wars d6, and a couple others already) I tend to shy away from console or pc games, and usually loathe mmo's.

Good morning guys! I'll let pgfaolan (aka Seth Watkins) introduce himself here. He'll be taking over Taliesin the Bard for Bryant (who's schedule has always made gaming consistently hard). I've known Seth for almost as long as Anne. I remember his collection of gaming books when he still lived with his parents and remembered being very impressed.

Hey everyone. Seth Watkins, here. I ran into Bob this past weekend, and he asked me to join the game. I've been gaming since D&D Basic came out (before AD&D 2nd Ed.), and played through 3.5 before taking a break from RPGs to play tabletop board games and strategy war games like Warhammer 40K and Warmachine/Hordes. I'm looking forward to coming back to my roots for a bit, though I may be a little slow to jump in fully. I want to make sure I match the tone of the rest of the group of you murder hobo/ wandering adventurers.

Welcome, Seth! There are tabletop gaming options just a little ways south of you too, if you're ready to fully immerse yourself back in your roots.

Yes, welcome Seth. Hoboing is our profession. Murder is just a hobby.
